This was one of several Special Series packages offered around the world. It was only available on the UK-spec 728i Pre-Facelift.

It has the following main features:

Exterior color in Velvet Blue Metallic (379) or (FQ 95-3853/BASF)

Interior upholstery in Sand Beige Montana Leather with Ink Blue Nappa Leather Piping (N9/P1)

Front and rear turn signals were clear instead of orange.

The rest of the interior was N6SN.

16 E38s were produced with this package and upholstery (N9/P1), through BMW Individual.
